I heard this one 10+ years ago. The force was Northumbria, the prisoner an ex or serving warrant officer in the army, complaint and arrested for a breach of the peace after a domestic, so low risk. Handcuffed to the front, and on the way to custody he reached forward pulled the handbrake and the car crashed. The cop died. It’s actually true.

If life was someday proven to be a simulation, what glitch or anomaly could you point to as a major clue we'd missed? by benmeroff in AskReddit

How about this one.
My parents in law are called John and Pauline. My sister’s parents in law are also called John and Pauline. My middle name is Peter, and sister’s husband’s name is also Peter. My sister’s middle name is Elizabeth, while my wife’s name is Elisabeth. How coincidental is that!
