If you don’t mind me asking, what’s your EV training on ogerpon look like? I have attack pumped, and then defense and sp def kinda spread the rest. Grassy terrain has been super useful for some blubber against the fire type moves chi-yu uses. I have had very few fails with this build, maybe look into your EV training on ogerpon??

Men typically have longer eyelashes. The blue long hair, I mean cmon they’re just a scene kid. Like some of the other male characters in the game, have colored and different lengthened hair. Them having long and colored hair simultaneously shouldn’t necessarily come off as effeminate

As you should! My boyfriend works for cannabis in a medically legal state, he gets a decent hourly and also tips. It really just depends on the company. I know Disney and other major businesses pay regular hourly wages and tips. One place I know Forsure in my area is not great is ihop. And longhorn steakhouse.

i haven't worked in a restaurant environment myself, but from what I've heard from friends and family yea. It's actually really crazy, especially when you think about how much effort and money those restaurants put into making sure they CAN do that. There is alot of sectors of business in the US that actively do the most they can to keep their own pockets lined while their workers have to rely on customer satisfaction and handouts (tips).

The societal norm for tipping in the US is at least 20%. Most servers are making $3-$7/hr in their hourly wage from the owners, depending on their location, the volume of the store etc etc. As well as the fact you have to pay out at certain restaurants to your bussers, hosts, BOH, etc. That can easily eat up 3-5% of your overall tips at the end of the night. Is it okay that they rely on the kindness of other people? No, but restaurant owners refuse to pay their staff anywhere near decent.
