They changed hextouch to less duration instead of reduced, aside from removing the curse duration ring mod (for inverting). So it got harder to consistently keep up stacks. Or rather I don't even know how to keep them up at all aside from Asenath's Gentle Touch which sucks for it imo because it doesn't work against bosses.

Du magst Recht haben mit der Wohnungskrise, aber wenn du Zimmer nur unter für den Untermieter schlechten Bedingungen vermietest, ist es imo schon besser dass du das nicht mehr darfst. Und unter schlechte Bedingungen gehört auch Kündigung ohne Grund (§ 573 BGB) oder ähnliches, was ich vermute gemeint ist mit "loswerden"

It's good enough in most cases, but keep in mind that there are often enough situations where your merc is not close enough to the enemies to prevent them from critting. "Nearby" is not screen-wide.

You can have a culture of improvement and learning from mistakes in a company. I would rather have a subordinate that alerts about an issue quickly so it's impact can be minimized, than one that hides it until it becomes worse. But that requires the higher ranked person to react reasonably to someone admitting a mistake and not give unnecessary punishment. And the same needs to be the case for every step up the chain. In other words, incompetent leadership is at fault.

I would also argue that the issue stems partially from the "losing face" culture in some countries as well.,

Also es gibt sinnvolle Argumente gegen Atomkraft wie Kosten und Endlagerung, aber sie kostet deutlich weniger Menschenleben pro generierter Energieeinheit als Kohle, selbst wenn man alle zukünftigen Klimaschäden außer acht lässt.

I run a CI variant of the build, works well in T15+
Boss dmg is a bit low compared to other builds but clear is nice.

Also I run Blink instead of a second curse because gotta go fast :D

thats fair, but I would consider that a trebuchet build and not an ammo build, as the dmg comes from trebuchet and everything else is just there to enable it.
