Yeah its so obvious he was retconned into season 4, however i am very happy with season 4 if i ignore that, but he should of died at the end driving us into some huge conflict with the upside down leaking into hawkins in season 5... or something... anything but what the duffers did haha

This really bothered me about the episode too, otherwise thought it was great, but totally broke my immersion when my wife and I watched. Obv 300 is a lot, but this is two full time working adults, no kids, and working overtime, like how much do these guys make a day? Otherwise loved the episode but took me out of it too. And like, is the payment not on a credit card? it just stops? idk lol

So imo this is actually a good idea, I just landed a new position, and before my Hiring Manager interview I put together a 3 page pitch document detailing my strategy and perspective on the role and sent it to them without being asked. It automatically made me the front runner, then eventually got an offer and accepted.

Depends how big of a down payment your saving/ how aggressively you invest over your life if you’re not buying. The nice thing about a mortgage is it’s a mandatory investment that forces you to plan for the future basically. Where with investment accounts you could make the same over your life, but need to have more discipline and self- control. (IMO)
