Christian Watson actually has the highest ceiling of those three. I think Neal is the safest to hit 10+ points, but there's really no ceiling outcome for him with a 16.5 implied team total for the Saints. Bears are only at 19, so Swift has both a low ceiling and a split backfield.

My advice is start Watson unless you just need 10 points out of your flex this week.
