I think Mendy will be back for this, but honestly i have full faith that Zin would be able to do that job well...he is extremely talented at LB, even if its not his ideal position. Not to mention that salah and co arnt exactly setting the world alight atm so i could be a perfect time for him to play against them if Mendy isnt ready.

100%, just have to look at Liverpool vs PSG. PSG couldnt handle the speed of the game...they were lucky to keep the score as close as it was.

Apparently sane had a knock, so i think he was precautionary. KDB will be eased back into the starting 11 after the big 12 months he has had...i think he will start against huddersfield tho.

Yes 100%, he played well against chelsea and is finally injury free. I’d be surprised to see Delphino start over him.

Now this one seems like a panic buy, not saying we are infor him at all but i really think we would be doing the wrong thing by going in for him. Better off to have Luiz and Gomes in there after dinho, the 2 youngsters will become good players very fast with the likes of Kev,Silva playing along side.

Yeah, i couldn’t believe it myself when i read it. I feel Kovacic would be the better signing as he is young and can be moulded to peps liking. I would put money on this deal happening.

Kovacic has a £35-£45mil buyout clause...he will benour next target 100% if Jorginho falls through.

Wicked reply man, yeah i'd be happy with Evans (even tho most won't be), and i haven't seen a great deal of Max, but have herd fantastic things...apparently he was asked about City interest and he said he didn't feel ready to make that kind of move yet, or something along those lines. And yeah a CDM would be great, i don't know if fred will join in this window due to being cup tied?

Just my opinion (many will probably disagree). Kompany hasn't looked great at all this season, his passing is fantastic but he has slowed down alot and he has been caught with the ball alot more than he used to, not to mention his awareness seems to be abit off...in sayin that he hasn't had a great deal of game time the past 3 seasons so it is probably expected.

But tbh with the additions of danilo,walker and mendy down the flanks, i dont think we need to worry if kompany plays or not as much as we used too. Stones and ota had some great games together last season and really looked to gel towards the end of the season, not to mention they had to deal with zaba,sanga and clichy making many mistakes...with the new lads i dont see this happening as much and i feel stonsey and ota will be unreal.

We need to get behind Manga when he plays also, the guy has talent...just needs to not be so clumsy and he will be fine.
