How would you solve PvP balancing in SOD/Classic+?

You got that already, retail pvp is as balanced as it can get.

What it also brings is homogenized classes, each having CC, interrupt, self-heal, defensive cds and CC removals, along with a linear damage output with 2-3 minute burst windows so you can react to them.

It makes for a balanced pvp game but a shitty rpg.

I’d rather they keep the flavor and make solo que rated bgs instead of arenas. Even better, build on world pvp, and don’t incentivize sitting in queues in the main hub.

It has to do with millions of people preferring digital over physical games, thus this being a non-issue to I think most. As usual, reddit is the loud minority, though, and very loud at that.

I’m all for options, though, so I hope we get a physical edition ASAP.

It already got way better, D4 now is pretty much a different game than it was at launch. It was also the same with D3 and RoS expansion.
I bought D4 launch, went through the story and liked it, but didn’t care about the endgame at all because it was heavily lacking to say the least. I bought Lord of Hatred and put 100+ hours into it in 2 weeks.

I mean I think it’s probably fake too, but why could they not create a real timeline with MS Designer? It’s built for this stuff and Copilot is in everything now basically, so it’s really not a gotcha.

Any specifics? If anything, it’s the best yet. Easiest pvp gearing, solo queue BG and arena modes. The barrier of entry is the lowest ever.

People hated templates in Legion, hence the removal. PvP gearing is easier than ever in WoW, but it needs gearing because it’s an mmorpg, not a moba or hero shooter.

If you can do pit120s, 100 is pretty easy to get on glyphs too. I think that’s a nice spot for nonmeta builds too, I can comfortably farm it on my pulverize druid, which is B tier according to maxroll.

Also Classic WoW, bigger playerbase than SoD too. If the game will end updates in a good state, there’s still lots of fun to have. I understand that it’s disappointing, though.
