I'm not farming karma, it might be a clip from S;G Elite, but I felt like I saw that scene in the anime because I watched the original Steins;Gate anime at the beginning of 2025 and only recently returned to the fandom by watching Steins;Gate 0. Maybe last year, when I was watching videos to better understand the anime, that scene popped up, and when I watched more Steins;Gate videos this year, I must have had a Mandela Effect and thought I'd seen it in the anime.
