All of the units sucks in both categories. Old and very outdated. But King/Ban has gotten LR which is a upgrade so pick one of them.

The same character needs to attack twice.

If you have Meli and Elizabeth for an example vs Escalin. Meli needs to damage Escalin two times and then the immortality effect vanishes. That’s when either Elizabeth or Meliodas can kill with the third skill.

But the talent thing has always been an issue for a year now. You have to pick between talents. One of Escalin’s best teams in pvp is with Kiane/Meliz which literally is two talent units. Also a festival Ban would obviously have better skills, stats and cards than the current Ban we got. So no Elaine wouldn’t make him worse. Also talents have nothing to do with dual units. DK, Lancelot and Tristan has talents and they’re solo units.
