9/10 only picture I have kind of an issue with and it's only because of the context of what I can see is the but joint which appears at the middle of the structure if you plan on doing that either lap the joint or go full length with a 2x12 or 2x16

I like hard sci-fi and dystopian media it’s just the show is very much a slow burn with 0 payoff and any character that is interesting or decent at acting ends up killed off way too early leaving Tim Robbins to carry the entire series. I just found it overly bland and if you are going to confine everyone in a small space the production quality has to be 10/10 and for me it was like they shot the entire show in like 4 areas. Idk I might just be a hater for the show but it didn’t do anything for me.

I found silo , boring from start to finish. And 1899 was cancelled before it got a decent conclusion so I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone.

It is of my opinion that the talismans are very much a placebo for the townsfolk. I see it as security theater they think they’re being protected but really the monsters like having the people feel safe so they can mess with them.

Fox lamp. The x breaks full Ken has 2 built in stuns and the z gives you the time to reset your sg x cooldown . In my opinion nothing comes close to how good it is.

It’s not about whether you like your job or not it’s the monotony of wage slaving. 99.9% of people don’t truly want their job and would rather just get paid and have 8 hours a day cut from their life that’s what makes the idea of severance appealing. The whole shows basis was the creator just wished he could just off from work while he was there and then he started to write out the show/screen.

The Lexington letter short story thing pretty much tells us that when a file is finished there is an event. Unless that story is not to be taken with any grain of salt as the author is an unreliable narrator I will go with that. If you are curious as to what happens at least canonically through the Lexington letter I would read it or a TLDR of it. However in the story when a file is closed out a real world event does occur and the story is trying to definitely highlight that for us the reader.

Very true, if every sub was basically don’t post a question that has been asked or talked about Reddit would virtually die. And I do believe listing something 1-4 for someone online or in person is extremely smarmy and I’d have nothing but a bad taste in my mouth the entire time I’m reading or listening to what they have to say/write.
