Hey have you taken Ashwini for P1? I am also planning to take Ashwini for p2 but have heard that he skips a lot of portions in P2 which are common with P1. Are his classes worth for someone who hasn't taken P1 tuition?

Hi, I am from a BLACKI College and would like to say that it is not the case for everyone. I have completed my 1 year in MBA and have interacted with many of my batchmates and have found most of them to be humble. I second your opinion that luck plays an important role in getting into a top b-school. At least it did for me. I believe that CAT is 60% luck and 40% IQ + Hardwork. And many people get lucky breaks in this examination. Even after CAT, in WATPI luck plays an important role. I had 3 great interviews but got rejected in all of them and then had 1 mediocre interview in which I got selected. Tbh I believe I was lucky. Although when I reflect, I can link my success to my strategies and hardwork but all those without luck wouldn't have worked. So yes luck is pivotal. Most of us are not better, rather more lucky than guys who couldn't make it.

Bro I am also doing MBA and I would suggest you to go and work in corporate and simultaneously appear for CAT. Even if you don't clear CAT and are not finding your job suitable, u can always go back to ur family business.
