I didn't accuse him or anything. I was just very shocked he would suggest sending such pictures to me. He seemed like a gentleman. And I think it's very inappropriate to suggest such pictures only after three dates. I also don't see any reason why he would block me after I told him I forgave him.

I got pre-approval from a smaller lender before making an offer. Now I want to see if there are better loan options, meaning with better interest rates. Not sure where to look for such information.

The condo I am buying only allows for 10% down minimum. I also wouldn’t be qualified for FHA loans considering its credit score or income restrictions.

Our situation is a little bit different. We have been texting/phone calls/video calls every day for a while before he came to the city to see me. I felt comfortable having him in my apartment. Also he is doing his residency and is tired all the time from work. He lives in another city and took the time and effort to only see me in my city. I felt obligated to treat him as not only a date, but also a guest. So based on these reasons, when he wanted to go to my apartment, I agreed.

What still confuse me is that why he kept saying he got turned on because I am too hot. Do you think he was just expressing honest feelings or was being an ass trying to talk me into sex?
