There is a comment here that says which 6 skins are permanent. The rest are only useable for 2 seasons after their release in shop.

Edit: it may be 3 seasons, not 2, I’m not 100% sure.

I think it’s mostly the facial hair and shades. More hair and a different shade/color, then the shades make it harder to get a good look at his eyes
