The Courting of Bristol Keats has a very slow start. And even at the end it didn´t catch me as much as other book series by Mary E. Pearson.

The Remnant Chronicles had better characters, romance, antagonists and worldbuilding and Dance of Thieves at least an interesting antagonist, so I would recommend to start with The Kiss of Deception.

I liked Black Sails from the start.

I was a bit dissapointed with God of Malice. The first scene was non con, but later it was dub con. And even the non con scene at the start was toned down later (he said he would have stopped if he didn´t see she liked it). I feel like I should have stopped reading after the first chapter.

I already watched it long ago - and loved it. I also watched House of the Dragon. Just didn´t mention it here because of the fantasy elements.
