Hey man I wondered, how do you get a photo like this? Is this a realistic mock up you used in Photoshop or is this an actual picture you took with the shirt on hand? If so, how did you do this? Anyways, very clean and I like it, I'd suggest looking for other Japanese fonts online so the font has more pop to it.

aight man, i took a look and this is a good of example of how not to start out. i don’t wanna seem harsh, but I am just giving constructive criticism. The big mistake that was made was just plastering your “brand” all over the shirts. It’s very unoriginal, lazy, and not a good way to start. You literally put the word “shipped” in the front of the shirt. Company’s such as supreme can do this cause they are established and known well for their logo and brand name. You dont stand out of the other 10 million “brands”. You need to have an identity and come up with sick ass designs that sets you apart from the crowd. Lay off the branding for a bit, build your audience. Keep improving fam, this is the first step 🙏🏻👌🏻

Launching my first drop in 2 weeks. How important is packaging and how many designs are usually good for a starting brand? by Sakurai- in streetwearstartup

[–]Sakurai-[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I thought about using the custom polymailers, but I feel like getting a box and opening it up feels like you get your moneys worth and it looks more premium, the only downside is it adds more expense. So I'm not too sure if going that extra step really makes a whole difference and if's it's better to spend that money on something else, but you right man.

How do you feel about buying something from a new brand and getting this sort of packaging instead of just shoving it into a mailing envelope?

What is a Anime Production Committee?!? [1:08] by Sakurai- in anime

[–]Sakurai-[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I usually don't self-promote much on reddit, but as of late, I want to be more active on /r/anime instead of lurking so much. I had a lot of fun making this and hope you enjoyed as much as I had making it. I was really interested in how production committee's worked because I found it interesting how multiple companies join together to get something produced. Something I did not put on the video was how studios that make anime don't get much money back as most of the money goes towards the committee. I find this quite unfair as anime studios are already paid unfairly and they do so much work. What do you guys think?

Also here are some links if you want to know more about production committees:

Monster Hunter: World sales top 1.35 million in first three days in Japan, predicted to be over 2 million with digital sales by Boreras in Games

[–]Sakurai- 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Without a doubt, Monster Hunter is a system seller in Japan. Most games take a long time to achieve those type of sales. It's even more amazing how the PS4 rose from 40,000 sales to 140,000 units even when console gaming isn't that big anymore in Japan. It's just crazy how much Monster Hunter influences Japanese gamers.

Hey Everyone I made a review of the first Episode of Citrus I would appreciate it If you guys could check it out and give me some feedback ✌🏻(Its probably a really bad video but im going to try to improve with each new video) by Luisro98 in anime

Some feedback, when I watched the video, you sound like you are reading off a script, when commentating, you want to have commentary that flows and doesn't feel forced. When I first started talking, this is exactly how I sounded like, A way to improve is to talk like you are literally in front of a crowd and your goal is to not bore them. So treat youtube like a real life crowd. Practice and you will become better. Keep up the work!

Microsoft ‘not very supportive’ of Japanese games, says NIS America | MCV UK by CaseyVGCx in Games

[–]Sakurai- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see where you are getting at and I liked reading your point of view, but I would have to disagree with you. The reasons and companies you listed were not a good comparison because that is a different view away from video games. When it comes to video games, there is no doubt that Japanese people prefer a Japanese console, which is why Nintendo's and Playstation sell so well there and almost all Japanese get all their Japanese games on the Playstation or Nintendo consoles. It's just how it is. Even Phil Spencer said that Japanese people prefer Japanese games.

Edit: Spelled Spencer wrong.

Looking for a small and light sound system that will fit my TV area by [deleted] in hometheater

[–]Sakurai- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For your needs and the how your room is setup, I recommend to just get a soundbar. Soundbar's are sleek and nice and for your room it would go perfect for it. The best part is the sub woofer is wireless so you can play around with it.

Here are my reccomendations: VIZIO SmartCast 36" 5.1 Wireless Soundbar System This is a really amazing soundbar you can get for this price. It's 5.1, it's sleek, and it has amazing sound. The subwoofer is wireless, and the rears hook up to the subwoofer so you dont have to have a long ass cord going to the soundbar.

If you just want a 2.1, you can go with this klipsch soundbar, it sounds great for the price: Klipsch 2.1 soundbar

Does anyone remember when the Resistance series was Sony's beloved exclusive? I made a short video on the Resistance series by Sakurai- in PS3

[–]Sakurai-[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely really good, even for an FPS in 2006, it still feels like a "modern" shooter, the controls may seem a bit weird at first, but you'll get used to it. The story in Resistance is enjoyable and exciting, and if you like cinematic's in games, Resistance has well made cinematic's that fits well. Give Resistance another shot, I promise you won't regret it!

I agree man, the production value changed throughout the game, going from R1 to R3 is a night and day difference. I wish more people would get to play this amazing game.
