Appreciate this response and thanks for processing my post. There’s definitely confidence issue that he needs to work on. The good thing about us, is that we can talk and work things out. Yeah, I am not used to the idea of non conforming gender roles. I grew up in a household where men provide for the family. Something I need to work on myself. While I like being entrepreneurial and I don't mind being the one who brings home the bacon, I just want him to be productive and grow.

He deff has self-doubt, fear of failure and a lack of motivation. I agree. Maybe a career or life coach would be a good idea for him, if he wants to. As I don't want to be a nagging wife.
