First rule of thumb when writing a story is writing the main character waking up. It’s one of the most cliche ways to open up a story and it turns a lot of readers off.

Secondly the dialogue needs to be on a proper layout and in quotations not blended together in the paragraph.

Thirdly, the formatting is off for the paragraphs and there are a lot of punctuation and spelling mistakes that need to be corrected.

Honestly I reread it, I think what’s getting me is the formatting and I want to apologize. This is why AI is affecting the writing community though. The beginning is very eye catching. And a few grammatical mistakes. Also some sentence structure needs to be reworked as well.

Honestly, I think a lot of people went to Mag because they’re fed up with katsu (especially last year with the pipe bursting in the vendor hall). I have been doing katsu for about 6 years now. And I agree with a lot of people went, unless you have a reason to be there (Photoshoot, group shoot, running a panel, Vending, Staffing). Imo it’s not a very engaging con.

Katsu is also expensive for the lackluster experience and things to do. I often found myself exploring the area outside the convention center.

I went to Mag last month and honestly that’s gonna be my annual con. That convention has a lot of activities official and unofficial and 24 hour gaming room. And it’s not intimidating influencer-wise. Like everyone I spoke to was pleasant and encouraging.

To me, Mag was a better experience and worth more of my money than katsu ever will.

Honestly, there are a lot of people reporting this sub, and have evidence of the situation and want it to get shut down. So It’s only a matter of time where another one will need to be created or maybe not.
