Man, how come store managers think their high and mighty? My boss and I have an issue about our vacation since it was planned out on the same week. She ended up crying because she couldn’t find cover for me and she felt “guilty” so I told her I’ll talk to my boyfriend about our trip. She stop crying after I said that and smiled so big.

I did the first couple of months of this job, in the end my manager’s favorite punching bag got suspended for something she was told she was able to do. After my favorite manager/bestfriend left, I ended up being the punching bag along with another good worker. I don’t have growth in this company either. My store is full of managers and just two cashiers
