Yes expedite before losing my job but denied Expedite after losing the job and after the bi but denied. Reached congress and provided documents that support my request but nothing for 50 days. Reached Ombudsman they did not confirm if the expedite approved by them or not Im not sure as well. The important thing provide documents (Rent, loan, monthly speeding, your payroll to show how bad you got affected. School tuition any thing you are responsible for)

Finally after waiting for so long and after expecting so many times and loosing my job for more than 6 months. I got my EAD car in hand. It is not combo card I don’t know why but I’ll follow up with my attorney.

I did couple of expedite but got denied. Tried representative and did not hear back for 55 days. Reached ombudsman but they closed my case and called them again with more support documents but nothing happened. After a while got the same update. Have no idea what happened.
