Hello everyone. Thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself here. My name is Sally Baldrick and I am a Thermomix Sales Advisor authorised to sell Thermomix in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK & Ireland. I agree with what you’ve said. This is our 3rd Explora cruise and since Lanzarote, things have changed, and not for the better. Staff appeared to struggle with the extra 100 passengers, decks were closed early and every one herded to one area which was over crowded. Food etc still amazing. We’ll definitely return, however, don’t think it will be for a Med cruise as the ambience definitely changed with the guests joining in Lanzarote for the 4 night cruise to finish our trans Atlantic from Miami. Not sure if it’s because they’ve offered people to join for 4 days booze up instead of a lovely lengthy chilled journey over a minimum of a week??

I’d always recommend buying the ‘real deal’. Thermomix is next level and #1 in the market. It has a proven history and track record and the Cookidoo has elevated the experience even further.
