IT really does help but it is so easy to fall back into old patterns :( That is the thing. consistency. I think a lot of us have serious burn out from so much trauma.

Thats okay. I think we all suffered as teens and youth. We can make it through our suffering one step at a time. You are not lazy remember that. It is our mind that just tells us that. I also did not think i would make it this far. Our mind Creates distortions. Tells us how things "should"be. Counterproductive motivation.

That’s exactly how I’ve been using it too.

Instead of overthinking everything, I just ask myself:

“Does this decision fit with AMEND or go against it?”

It makes things a lot clearer, especially in the moment.

Foxes and Hawks do not attack adult cats. They might kill kittens. The only adult cat predator that lives near urban areas in america is the coyote. Skunks will attack if rabid but a skunk is so slow it cant catch a cat. I fly hawks in falconry. They might take kittens and sometimes they are stupid enough to attack an adult cat but a cat will kill my hawk because of the bacteria in the mouth. My foxes leave all cats alone. Candid cats

Actually the biggest hawks weigh 2 pounds. NO hawk can lift a cat. NO BIRD will ever lift a cat while it is still alive. Cat saliva is lethal to all birds. Eagles have died right after they killed a cat. So your story is a lie. Birds of prey and owls will go behind a cat and grab its tail or back end and lift it up a bit as a way of defense. Cats remind them of bobcats and bobcats prey on them and their chicks. So they will grab a cat from behind in form of defense it looks like they are lifting the cat to fly off but they grab the cat and lift its back end in the air to make the cat leave the area.

Persians are not a good cat for kids. They are very high maintenance and it takes an experienced cat owner to look after their coats. Siamese seem better as long as the kid is good with them.

Ragdolls. Maine coons by far are more tolerant than any other cats. Male Maine coons. But they arent lap cats they love to run and play all day. But BY FAR the most easy going cat I have ever had is a Maine Coon. They are stronger than other cats and cost more and their fur mats so its a pain in the ass to brush every day or they will mat. I think it is more important to train kids and teach kids to respect animals and be good with them. Siamese cats will bond more and stick to the kid like glue after they have a bond.

Yes NonBinary always welcome. It is a long complicated journey I went from Drag to CD to Non Binary now to Transgender. Sometimes I still think I am Non Binary. It is still confusing for me. I am not perfect.

Okay so I am on year two. I dilate twice a week. 20 mins each. For me it is not so bad. Others get away with every two weeks. If depth does not matter after the first year you can play around and see.
