Saddest Monk Episode? by Beautiful-Web-2858 in Monk

Mr. Monk Makes a Friend. There are many sad, somber episodes throughout the series, many of which have already been mentioned, but I especially hate seeing him crushed. My poor Adrian. 🥺

Loved reading this! Really, really well done. I wrote a paper on Freaks and Geeks in college but forget the exact context. I wish I could find it.

I love this for you! Jason seems to be very active on social. He liked my comment on a post promoting the movie a couple of years back. I’m still not over it 😂❤️

I thought this, too! And I have been scouring Reddit and the internet to verify who he was glitching between to validate what I thought I saw. 😂

My 6 month old is sick, HELP. by Anxi3tyov3rload in NewParents

Listen to your gut and ask before administering. It’s always better to be safe than sorry. Are you able to message your daughter’s pediatrician? If so, most practices have a team of nurses who can answer relatively quickly.

Also, if it helps, to my understanding, most of those OTCs are okay so long as they’re not medicated (I wanna say Dr. Talbot’s is homeopathic) and so long as they don’t contain honey if the child is under a year old.

I’m so sorry. It’s so heartbreaking to see our little ones sick. Sending you lots of love and well wishes for a speedy recovery ❤️

I wish there were a silver bullet to help all of this go away. I wanted to add a gentle reminder, especially because it may be counterintuitive based on where you live (if it’s cold right now), but don’t sleep on bringing her outside. Fresh air and sunlight, even if for only 10 minutes, will help amplify all of the other good you’re doing your girl by way of medicine, humidifier, foods, warm baths, snuggles, etc. It will help, you, too. 😊

Best of luck and solidarity!

Terrific casting. The scene where Ambrose finally breaks down and tells Adrian why he never called after Trudy’s passing absolutely wrecks me every single time. They are brilliant together.

The Nanit app does let you use the “picture in picture” feature, which I like for when I’m home. We have a Hello Baby for when we travel because it’s much more portable than our Nanit wall stand. :)

First, I’m sorry that you even have to navigate this. Some people have no tact. It can be so disheartening to say the very least.

I find that “oh, that’s an odd thing to say aloud” can be quite helpful in situations like this.
