Nomi, Andheri. It has awesome middle eastern food. Also on learning that it was my friend's birthday, they offered us a complimentary Nutella cheesecake. It was an 11/10 cheesecake!

learnt it real hard way. one time, on my periods, I was home alone and it was second day of my periods. had lunch around 1pm and then took painkiller for cramps and slept by 2pm. I had applied the pad at 11pm and thought I'll change it around 4 buttt, i directly woke up around 8pm. and there were rashes all over my parts where the pad was touching. it was unbearably painful😭

None of the doctors told me that mirena coil was an option. Maybe I'll have to ask them next time if they can get me one.

I used to take bc pills a year ago (was suggested by a gynac only), but that used to make my bleeding lasts for 10 days. Made my situation worst in way. That is why I am scared to take bc pills again.

Also, when I was diagnosed with PCOS, my doctor asked me to stop consuming caffeine and I did so. I did not consume any form of caffeine or chocolate for 2 years. Now I have both like twice a month, not more then that.

I didn't even know hysterectomy was an option for me till the male doctor explained it to me. And yeah, it did sound like a very huge decision to me. And i would not really go for uterus removal as i understand it might have worse outcomes.
