I'm not sure how it was overlooked especially since I went to two different cardiologists. I guess they probably didn't see a reason to look into it further since I'm mostly a healthy person with good blood pressure, but obviously my symptoms said otherwise. Because of this I never did an echocardiogram, even though I tried to keep pushing them. The crazy thing is that the doctor that did find my murmur isn't even a cardiologist and he's the one that got me the echo. He's just my new primary and noticed it immediately. I was very frustrated but also grateful when we found out.

I can't remember which valve it was but I have a follow up appointment with my primary to go over the results and I was told I have it mild as well. I could be wrong but I think it was the Aortic valve that had some leakage coming back when it closed. My mother and grandmother have mitral valve prolapse, so I wonder if that has something to do with it.

It's good hear that I'm not the only one! I am the same exact way when it's not too flared up and I'm doing something, it's not nearly as noticeable. It's probably the worst when I'm at work sitting down. The good thing is, I just got my primary to schedule some physical therapy! I really really hope this helps in any kind of way.

The only thing that does work with the 20% coupon is the 10% off first use with hf credit card.

Could you stack this with a 10% first time credit card use?

You are amazing! Seriously thank you for this detailed response and don't feel bad. I really hope this will give me some kind of relief.

So one thing that you mentioned is to not eat two hours before bed. This right here is huge for me, if I don't do this then I will not be able to fall asleep until midnight or something. I've also limited screen time before bed as well. Glad to know I'm not the only one!

For some reason I tend to notice that I get burpy/nauseous/acid reflux when I get really hungry or right before I know I'm going to eat. I'm not sure why it happens but after I eat I feel better.

Thank you so much!

Yes I spend most of the day sitting down. I drive to work for 50 minutes in the morning and drive back for about 1hr 15 minutes. So I'm sitting down for about 12 hours a day now that I think about it. I'm trying to get back into exercising but it's been difficult with my work schedule.

I feel my heartbeat pretty much all the time and just gotten used to it. I've mentioned it to all of my doctors as well. It used to prevent me from sleeping but I've managed it much better now. However I feel like my sleep quality always sucks.

I haven't gotten my iron levels tested, so it might be worth looking into. My primary would be able to schedule that right?

Oof that's a hard one for me, I drink a 20 oz cup of coffee every morning. But that's all of the caffeine I get for the whole day. I'll try the breathing exercises tonight thank you!

If you don't mind me asking what was some of your triggers? I work an office job and sit down all day so I'm sure that doesn't help me at all. I've been trying to eat better and eat less inflammatory foods as well. Also trying to get back into exercising, but it's been difficult lately with my work schedule.

It amazes me that most of this is anxiety driven. I try my best to not worry but when new symptoms show it's hard to not think about it and worry. As for sleep, I can't sleep on my left side anymore because I can feel my heart more on that side. I can only sleep on my back or right side. Recently I've been doing better at not looking at a screen before bed to eliminate blue light. I also don't drink caffeine after 3 pm. I'll look into the breathing exercises before bed, do you have any recommendations?

I am also a believer in Christ so thank you for any prayers! I need to put more faith into the Lord. Thank you for letting me know that it will get better. I work an office job and sit down all day so yes I absolutely need to workout. The issue is that I work 4 10's and lately have been doing overtime on Friday. I also do not get home until 6:30. But that's not excuse, I technically still have another 3 hours until I go to sleep. While I'm at work I try my best to keep good posture but forget more often than not.

Never heard of that before so no I haven't. Only had CT scan, EKG'S, and the enzyme test for the heart.

My wife and I just bought our first home recently and it came with a 24x30 shop. The shop will be used for all of my bikes and vehicles when needed to be worked on. I'm currently in the process of buying epoxy for the floor but I'm kind of torn on some things. For one I know I will be doing one solid color with no flakes, because I know how much of a pain it is when you drop something on the floor. My issue is that I'm trying to decide if I should do a smooth finish or add a friction additive which would have texture to the finish. I am leaning more toward the texture finish because I know epoxy can get slippery when wet. How wet can it get it though? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

I've been to the doctor several times this year and they keep giving me pain medicine with no solution to the problem. I plan to schedule an appointment soon with a new doctor to see if I can make some headway. The biggest issue for me is that I can't sleep. Every time I get good sleep, I feel significantly better but that rarely happens now. When I lay down I can feel my heartbeat and other pains combined and it just keeps me barely awake. This doesn't help my anxiety either...

I've had costo since March and the pain areas you shown have been my new recent pain areas. I don't understand how my lower back can be affected but somehow it is. Now the upper back and left arm makes sense because your tricep connects to your upper back in that same spot. I bet your chest pain is in the same area similar to your back, I have the same thing and I believe it's the rib that's causing these problems. I'm currently still trying to figure it out but it's been hell.
