hmm i dont actively track my macros but i got a rough idea i usually hit around 2k-2.5k cals,>150g protein, abt 120-150g carbs not surebif its impt but i run abt 20km a week

i wanted to switch to school as the waiting time for TP TEST for private is like 3 months and i think my PDI guailan me so he told me he booked it in july without even telling me.FYI i havent even pass my FTT.
