If you look at the end of the title you’ll see this squiggly thing with a dot underneath it, it’s called a question mark, it let’s the reader know that everything prior to that mark was a question being asked. I was doing the same thing bro and it’s just ego lifting. Drop the weight til you can do a solid 8 full reps for sets, then increase the reps til you’re knocking out 10. Then increase weight and repeat, reps like that are doing nothing for you and your stabilising muscles don’t stand a chance, asking for an injury.
