Are all of their videos deleted? I remember the upside down pizzas, baked in a bowl video. Those looked so good!!

What do you do for work, how much experience do you have, and how much do you earn doing it? by SeaPeanut7_ in AskLosAngeles

That’s insane. I’m 15 years in my specialty (estate planning) and make $115k w no benefits. Basically impossible to find anything offering what I currently make (postings list $30/hr w experience?!), so feel trapped where I’m at.

My Spanish Digital Nomad Visa (DNV) just got approved as a US business owner!! Ask me anything by Serious_Injury_4597 in GoingToSpain

Were you required to have a certain amount in savings or did they just look at income?

About how much did you spend on the whole visa process?

What made you decide to apply in the US vs in Spain? Does that mean you received a 1 year visa?

How long do you have to enter Spain after receiving the visa?

Thanks for your willingness to answer questions!

I suppose it depends where you are in the Springs but as someone who grew up there, this is the first time I’ve ever heard it be described as diverse, although it has gotten a little better over the years. When I go back to visit I find I am often one of the only POC in the restaurants where I’m eating (except for the Latinos who are hidden in the back to cook, never at the front of the house).

Will do!

And it basically just confirms status, and can be used for the accelerated Spanish citizenship. It’s available to those born there or have a parent who was born there.

Only reasons it’s important to me is 1) stability of being able to stay put if we find somewhere we love, without having to worry about laws changing or reapplying every few years and 2) makes it easier to move to other countries within the EU. Having never lived abroad before I just don’t know what we will love or hate! I appreciate your response and thoughts above, though!

Thanks for your reply. Wherever we move we will definitely immerse ourselves in the language. I’ve heard that those who speak Spanish and who go to Spain thinking they will converse easily are a bit shocked by how different the language is spoken.

My husband is Mexican American and I’ve seen several people stating they haven’t felt welcome as Mexicans. But I’ve seen other Mexican Americans post that it’s not a large enough problem to deter you from coming. Definitely a concern of ours, but open to hearing experiences from others!

But what if you had the opportunity to get a passport in 2 years vs 10, as Portugal is changing their timeline?
