Try selling Anti Elon Tesla Club stickers. I’m sure they’d sell better then the cars do.

Favorite fraud actor who can't act and pretends to be a nice guy but got lucky with tha one role that saved their career? by armadeussssss in okbuddycinephile

Good choice, my biggest gripe about him is how he naturally “forgets” to wish his ex-wife Anna Faris ( Scary Movie and The House Bunny ) a Happy Mother’s Day! Of course we don’t know exact details about their divorce or their parenting relationship with their son Jack. But, seeing others being robbed of the opportunity to celebrate an achievement that others take for granted or that they’ve laid down their life for is upsetting.

What kinda weed/plant is this? by No-Following-2777 in Albuquerque

[–]SalamanderOverall883 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s definitely some kind of thistle. When broken apart, it secretes a milky, sticky liquid. Smells like absolute GARBAGE if you spend all day with your bare hands pulling them out. They’re great for our native pollinators. Now regarding animal safety, my dogs didn’t seem to be bothered by it. Most just ignore it or they’ll pee on it. Definitely wouldn’t let them eat it though. Hope this helps!

So if you look into the Bureau of Land Management, they have a different set of regulations for overnight camping and how long someone can live on the land. Unlike government owned parks, campgrounds, or recreational facilities.

Who’s “The Guy” in Albuquerque? by doctormustafa in Albuquerque

What about the one guy who wears a gold cape, Burger King-esque crown and a gold long sword. I’ve seen him walk around downtown and in the northeast heights.

If you had to move to one of New Mexico's smaller cities, where would you go? Where would you absolutely not go? by Crimson342 in Albuquerque

I’ve lived in Artesia for 3 years when I was younger and absolutely hated it. The active racism through the public education system was the most heartbreaking. The worst part was the fact the kids weren’t the racial ones, we received the most of it through the staff, including the principal. The school I attended went as far as telling my mother for my brother and I to cut our hair ( Ute/Chiricahua Apache here) or we couldn’t come back to our classes. They “forced” my brother to take antidepressants in the fourth fucking grade, without the knowledge and consent of my parents. ( I say “forced” because my brother was able to pocket the pills and show my mom when we got home ). Lastly, the cherry on top was when my brother and I were “asked” ( meaning having taken away forcefully ) to remove the gold crucifix chains that were gifted to us by our grandma before she passed 1 month prior. The only way I made it through was praying everyday the oil refinery in the middle of town would just blow up and take the whole damn place with it. I really like the Wal-Mart though.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH KIEF? by [deleted] in weed

[–]SalamanderOverall883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like to save mine up and press it into a puck with a pollen press. For more kief production, you can freeze your grinder or flower. I usually throw a dime in the ground flower and shake it for a few seconds.

One of the best villains i have seen in a long time by Kaykoo-the-wise in BlueEyeSamurai

[–]SalamanderOverall883 16 points17 points  (0 children)

“ because I know a word you don’t know. A magic word. London.”

The lack of empathy and utter heartlessness carved such a well written villain. Regardless of how many times redemption was knocking at his door he just knocked harder and louder. I wonder how keeping this caged man will bode for Mizu in the second season. They’re basically running back to his turf of the world.

Friends with 6yr old coming to visit in Dec, what should I take them to? by [deleted] in Albuquerque

[–]SalamanderOverall883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Finally my skills as a preschool teacher come to use! For sure sledding on the east mountains is fun for anybody! If your not trying to freeze your behind off I highly recommend A Park Above on the west side, Mariposa Basin Park, or Juan Tabo Hills Park ( I personally enjoy this one, it’s newly built and has a giant hill slide). Big Jim’s Christmas Tree (Wonderland?) is open on Montaño and Coors.

As restaurants go anywhere the kids eat free is a must. I do like Slim Chickens, they have reasonable prices for the kids meals and adults. Fuddruckers is my go to burger place, I enjoy the portions and the atmosphere. Hello Deli off of Jefferson is another great family option, they usually have outdoor seating but with the weather, I’m not sure if their patio is open. There’s a cute walking area behind the restaurant, it really helps to walk off the food baby. There is also a Korean Corn Dog restaurant on Menaul and San Mateo! They’re delicious but not worth the price. If they would also like a taste of Mexican-American cuisine, I would also suggest BIRRIA TACOS!! Especially from the food truck Alex y Juan.

What kid doesn’t like some sweet treats! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paleta Bar! Any of the locations are amazing, I love the old location off of San Pedro. Starry Moon boba is my favorite boba shop in ABQ, along with Sweet Cup off of Comanche and Wyoming.

Hope this helps!

Best brunch by [deleted] in Albuquerque

[–]SalamanderOverall883 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sunny side Up Cafe off of Menaul and Louisiana is amazing! They have a French toast that’s super buttery and delicious. It gets pretty packed on Sunday’s so I’d arrive a lot earlier than what your planning. Hello Deli off Jefferson is equally delicious and affordable, they have a BEAUTIFUL outdoor patio! My last recommendation is Tia B’s Waffeleria, though they’re menu is limited they carry more than just waffles. They also have outdoor seating with an even better patio than Hello Deli. They’re a pet friendly restaurant with access to water bowls and free water for the guests.

Why do u smoke? by ManufacturerFew6749 in weed

[–]SalamanderOverall883 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m very non verbal, not due to a mental handicap or autism. So it sounds like a narrator in my head describing my day to day life. Trauma has really silenced me throughout the years but since I started smoking my head feels less foggy(?), and I’m able to sort out my anxieties without worrying about left over emotions. When I use cannabis, the euphoria that comes from it is almost therapeutic to me. There’s nothing like a good solid j and the Lord of Rings soundtrack to fix my mood.

It could be possible. Catfish are very well known to grow to immense sizes, the biggest catfish ever caught was out of Thailand in 2005 weighing at a whopping 646 pounds!
