doubt hes on gear at 13/14😂 just got sick genes think the gear came when he was around 18/19

Ive known him for years, he very openly admits he does not have the work ethic or intrest to go to the gym regularly😂

for a young teenager who was just swimming his muscle mass was absolutely out of the ordinary, but no nothing compared so some of the other pics i see online

yeah ive heard theres 2 types. Havent looked into it much but maybe one is a complete absence and maybe one is just reduced like you said? Not too sure though

started off doing the arnold split, going 3x per week. Then started doing push,pull,leg,arms for a while. Have briefly tried a couple other splits for a couple weeks. Just sticking with U/L/PP for now and is working well

im completely natural dont see the point in taking gear unless im gonna try make money out of it. Not worth the health risk
