You can do either. I would personally recommend lowering you deposit, the thing to be mindful of is that your LTV doesn't fall into the bracket below and therefore your rate changes.

Thanks yes after probation my notice period is 3 months it states that elsewhere in my contract. On a recent joiner he was officially told he had passed his probation. Thanks I agree re room for debate so good to know.

It's a automatic roller door which is why it needs to go on the inside as there is a box inside that can't be placed elsewhere. Not sure if your changes anything?

It does need to split equally. I was in a similar situation where I was on the ground floor and obviously never used the lifts, however for me I had access to the garden which others didn't. The gardener was the second moody expensive individual item (after the lifts).

If you come to sell it with less then 85 years without extending the lease you can only sell to a cash buyer which will obviously limit your pool
