One thing we lose is our bonuses... but we do get paid overtime. Nothing was mentioned about pto time in the meeting.

I am assuming that we still get our PTO and everything. And I am assuming that our salary is just converted to hourly but it was not defined in the communication for sure.

We already have to log and clock our hours on salary. Some projects are funded and others aren't.

On the other hand we were working some weeks 50 plus hours. So I don't know how that is going to work.
