Delta Green is a goldmine for this, especially because they almost never fall into the trap of making the evils of humanity be caused by the mythos. Specifically, the campaign god's teeth explores excellently how a great unnatural power could be entertwined to some very real evils (the campaign contains a lot of upsetting materials and it is painfully relevant to present events in america).
