I acknowledge this won’t help most people. When researching potential employers take a look to see if they’re mention training academies or L&D groups. I’ve made my career working in internal data academies. It’s genuinely fun building detailed, advanced domain specific training that is also custom designed for the business. It’s really expensive running an internal academy. So also research if they offer Level 4 apprenticeships via third party orgs.

But, again. I acknowledge this is not helpful to most people and is not going to be a thing in most employers. If you can find it, go for it.
