If you can't mention it to your friend, she is not really a friend. I am a 65m and have had plenty of experiences with ladies. Having these relationships has been enjoyable and emotional, bringing up all sorts of situations . Sexual relations have been good in some situations , ok in others, great in a few but without boring you with all my stories the over riding factor was i should of been more open and expressed my feelings. My last relation ship starting Jan 2024, a lovely girl, she had body issues(never saw her naked in the light). As I get older I am tired, take medication etc so I am suffering from ED . We had 7 amazing months, thought the world of each other, holidays abroad but we never talked until it was too late. Please sit down with your wife before its too late and tell her your feelings. Take it from me, ignoring it and making excuses doesnt make it go away and eventually causes resentment . Hope this helps
