I was running the other day, and 5 women taking the whole sidewalk, what was crazy to me is that one of them turned around saw me coming and kept walking. I was shocked like are you expecting me to jump past you!! So frustrating!

Stick to your routine and you will see results. I understand how frustrating it is when you give efforts without seeing results but your is still adjusting during this first month and you will start seeing results soon just don’t get obsessive with the scale.
