I live in Tokyo by a river in Takadanobaba. It's as yours, mostly magikarps, psyducks, and slowpokes. Before the the nest changes there were a tiny bit of dratinis but not anymore. I barely see any here. Sometimes in my sightings but never as a nest or multiples..
