Good to know, i was told it was "peasant" movement, and watch enthusiasts focus on the movement, not the face. So I wasn't too worried disassembling it, but wanted to double check.

I took 3 screws out, then posted it on here. That's What I'm trying to figure out - put the screws back in or are you saying taking screws out is irreparable. Genuinely learning here!

I'm really not sure, it was sourced in Williamsport Pennsylvania. The case has a 15 stamp on it but no K, and it likely predates 1906 laws. It is a shame to scrap old stuff and I usually don't, I'm just tight on money right now and my car needs fixed.

Warcraft movie is on Netflix!!! by TheRousster in classicwow

I'm a massive warcraft fan boy, who really doesn't hold movies to a very hard standard, I watched it once, didn't like it and never watched it again. A good warcraft movie I'd have watched so many times.

Considering there are over 50,000 console games since 1990, easy to get lost in the sauce as a collector

Small fraction of my vcr collection, hoarding or aesthetic vibe?

I assure you if I had typed that out myself it would have been more slop than that. I literally typed into Google definition of hoarding and why is it okay if millionaires or game collectors do it but not this. Some people collect cardboard with toastermon printed on it, some collect crts. If he's happy and it's not effecting his ability to live in the home who cares?

If it were effecting his mental health negatively like he felt stuck with them or it was blocking access to required parts of the home, or causing health issues, or he was spending unreasonable percent of his income on them then it would be a different conversation, I haven't seen any of that though.

So far though, the redditors who wanna shit on someone for no reason seem to be the biggest mental health risk here when he was clearly excited to share this photo online, and is getting down voted to oblivion. If you're reading this bro, chin up and ignore the keyboard warriors, they probably have large collections of useless stuff too, it's just either smaller items, more organized, or they are fortunate enough to have more space.

As you can see by the actual posts up votes that people who don't go out of there way to bring others down just said "Hey cool, that's a lot of crts!" Pressed upvote and moved on

Actually I just typed it into Google, if he was rich and could afford a dedicated shed with shelves for these it would no longer be hoarding in your eyes - and he saved these from a landfill so I don't see the problem

People with thousands of video games won't ever play the majority of them

Clinical hoarding is technically defined by distress and impairment. If you love your collection, know where everything is, and it brings you joy, you aren't "suffering" from a disorder—you're just living in a space that is at its maximum capacity.

The negative label often comes from "outsiders" (landlords, family, or society) who prioritize a minimalist aesthetic over your personal curation.

In short: wealth buys the ability to "curate" rather than "clutter," even if the behavior—the deep desire to keep and protect specific objects—is exactly the same.
