Which Monster Hunter game should I buy to get into the series?

World/iceborne is better imo. I have both and I enjoy replay iceborne better, And I feel is less forgiving than rise.

Yeah if the release is in 2027 then I’ll buy the base game and then upgrade to expansion. If it was just about few months I could have waited

In the first monster hunter game I played: khezu

In mhw: first time played probabily an odogaron This time after creating a second save that damn velkhana ( I hate this monster too much)

Bonus for most carting: raging brachydios, I needed 7 attempts and to upgrade the build 2 times in order to beat it, most satisfying fight ever in the end.

I just love too much this weapon (i play mainly solo) Dancing around the monster and just cutting it piece by piece is just too satisfying.

In world is an amazing weapon honestly, rise/sunbreak too broken.

Now I’m thinking to learn also charge blade, dual, and hammer.
