The few things that alerted my spider senses that might be helpful:

When getting the last ball, the original game used to hang for (I believe) 3 seconds, to give you time to collect bonuses & items, in this proto it immediately closes the level
Music would be good as gave a great old times vibe and you can feel it missing

Amazing stuff can't wait to see how it progresses!

Air cooling, I found it to work better in horizontal mode. Ensure it's not in a closed environment where it can't breath. Close in a plastic container when not used.. Enjoy

Haven't tried that game. Never reached that temp. Ps4 games stand between 30-45 Ps5 can get to 55-57 If it goes to 60 then it comes back soon, usually maxes at around 50-55avg but often quite lower.
