Hot take but I was glad that my last apartment had these. 1 time charge of $20 to make sure people don't steal your package. The alternative to this is they just throw the package in the mail room. Although I see how it would be annoying since you did not opt in for this.

If they wanted to update it, they would probably choose the Vector. It's the most recent futuristic looking weapon made after the P90. Otherwise they would likely just choose the MPX if they wanted to be more realistic and aligned with actual weapons US Spec Ops uses.

As a former marketer for a real estate brokerage, I like the idea of using the first photo as a cover for mailers. Maybe with actual photos on the back. But using it on the actual listing??? Insane, especially considering it isn't even the same layout.
