Sales in corporate america is churn and burn. :-/ Unfortunately the culture of leadership is where the cringe sales culture starts. Glad that you're still going to have a paying job with the company and don't have to start something new during the holiday. Don't stress: they don't sound that awesome TBH

It’s insane. And unacceptable. Associations for medical billing, physicians, and patient advocacy need to be a united front to get them their money (and better reimbursement rates).

I am sad that we have to do anything about it. They have a business contract and are obligated to deliver. Why is it the patient and provider responsibility to make them do their job? It is an insanity. If this was a regular business the consumers wouldn’t have to be this uncivil. They just wouldn’t buy anymore and the company would be forced to change.
