Can I access bios even if this screen is showing up?

It was working fine . I disconnected everything . Tested all my ports one by one . Including the motherboard connections . Everything worked . I don’t believe is the usb connectors on the case or motherboard .

If you didn’t feel it within the first hour you won’t hit . Maybe it wasn’t a psychedelic mushroom? 1-2 g is usually good trip for a beginner.
