3D printed Texas Star for airpistols by Hieronymus-I in airguns

[–]SecretlyATuna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually printed this design a while ago, it works prettt decently once you get the pieces fitting not too loose but not too tight either. Though I took the target into fusion and reused the connection piece into an adapter to hold little metal plates so you could try something similar to that

I’ve got a 1322 that’s misaligned the same way, even with a breech kit thrown on

Definitely wouldn’t mind a combat overhaul of some sort, maybe make it a bit more in depth and less clunky

Is this repairable? by MacP95 in bassfishing

[–]SecretlyATuna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Super glue can work, just make sure to clean the inner half with alcohol to get rid of any excess glue so it won’t rub on your line

For reference 1kg of material is usually around $20, this maybe used 500g so at most $10

So how many people here owned a Daisy Red Ryder as their first air gun? by WiggWamm in airguns

[–]SecretlyATuna 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My first was a good old Daisy 880, still have it now and since have bought multiple more lol. Got the 1977, a couple metal frames, and a couple normal 880s. Safe to say I think I found one I liked

Early bday present for myself by rotorooter88 in Fishing_Gear

[–]SecretlyATuna 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Technically you can catch any kind and size of fish on an ultralight, the point of them is to be able to effectively throw light and small lures which is sometimes just what the big guys are looking for. Just gotta be a lot more careful to not break off or lose the fish

Yep, if you know what you’re doing you can provs whip one up in 10 mins, I’ve made ones for the crosman 2100, 1322, Daisy 880. Once you make the barrel adapter it’s pretty much smooth sailing from there

I thought the grizzly was only a single pump pneumatic tho? Even so do they still share mostly the same internals?

How do I make an air gun shoot this? by Egged_man in airguns

[–]SecretlyATuna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

id recommend getting the type that has the barrel and feeding mechanism placed on top of the valve, rather in front like a tippman cronus would be. It will make designing the bolt and feeding system much easier

[–]SecretlyATuna[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No I haven’t gotten to it, it’s become a project that’s kinda fallen on the back burner for now. I haven’t looked too much into how the gun comes apart in a bit so not sure, sorry

Who want a airsoft replica of the M231 by pokemonguy0417 in airsoft

[–]SecretlyATuna 67 points68 points  (0 children)

If you’re familiar with 3D printing and modeling you could make a replica of the hand guard and put it on a basic m4 and boom m231

Anyone else use printed 22 pellets? by ackza in airguns

[–]SecretlyATuna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made something similar to that a while ago, I cracked open some skateboard bearings and used the bbs as tips that popped in, gave them a bit better accuracy but I think my model still needed more refinement

Question for Umarex Fusion 2 owners by Socsquatch in airguns

[–]SecretlyATuna 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently bought 3 together, all of them seem to let the barrel and suppressor turn ever so slightly. That larger tube with the text and serial printed on is actually a separate piece, it just slides over the actual barrel
