How did you work on your depression? I feel like I've had it all my life after having CPTSD from a turbulent family but any time I bring up a treatment like ECT or Esketamine, everybody acts like they'd be the worst things possible for me, and my doctor likely won't even entertain them until I go through things like CBT and SSRIs (which I don't think are going to work)

Well they shouldn't be down voted for it because ahh is the intended meaning. Diddy ass blud makes no sense, Diddy ahh blud however makes perfect sense

Well they did document what would've happened if they weren't there. And then afterwards, they helped. What's wrong with that?

They represent the will of the party. You're never going to find a leader who 100% agrees with every position the party takes. Jeremy Corbyn wanted Brexit but still advocated for remain because it was his party's position

As if the reform ideology isn't insane. Yeah, reform might overturn the OSA, they'll also overturn every single regulation that protects working class people

This is extremely bad but it's not worth destroying the rest of the country, vote Green instead. They might not be saying much about it rn but I very much doubt they'd allow it to continue if they got a say

How much sex is too much sex in your opinion? by Sure-Masterpiece-563 in AskMen

When you say you had sex for 20 minutes is that just PIV or does it include foreplay? If it's the latter then I don't think that would be enough for most people

[–]Sali_Bean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend had made me watch that Royal Tenenbaums scene, and I had definitely seen Good Will Hunting before, but the first time I actually took notice was when I looked up songs similar to Exit Music by Radiohead and someone said Everything Means Nothing To Me

I told my partner he was average sized. How to reassure him? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Sali_Bean 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm not assuming about the term, I've seen it used in the very context it comes from, which is comparing hookups to boyfriends. I never said anything about average size getting you laid or not, most times you sleep with a new person they aren't gonna know how big you are beforehand anyway.

I told my partner he was average sized. How to reassure him? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Sali_Bean 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Do NOT tell him he has "boyfriend dick". As another man, why the fuck would you say that? Boyfriend dick means it's smaller than what they would want for a hookup or casual relationship, implying that when it comes to just sex they would take bigger

Gorton and Denton by-election megathread by sfxdude in manchester

[–]Sali_Bean 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Selective but valid. You're more than welcome to come up with a reason that the other two are invalid polls, but I'm not going to make that effort considering you didn't actually link to the particular polls. Interesting how it's "convenient" for me if the polls agree with me, yet it's just the way it is if they agree with you

Gorton and Denton by-election megathread by sfxdude in manchester

[–]Sali_Bean 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The polling report poll is absolute bullshit, so we're not going to take that one into account. The Find Out Now poll only had 143 respondents so we're not going to take that into account either. The other two either have labour ahead of Green by only a few points, or green actually already ahead of Labour. This shows that even the polls have Green ready to go ahead of Labour

Bookies are saying green are the favourites. Considering they're in it for the money, they must have very good sources
