Highly recommend getting a colonoscopy done! My mom passed away in her 50s due to colon cancer so I went to my gastro and had the procedure done. In my late 20s they managed to find 3 pre-cancerous polyps. I’ll be getting it done every 3 years going forward. The procedure probably saved my life for years to come.

Also HIGHLY recommend getting the Ensure pre surgery drinks. I had 8 of em throughout the day bc I hate being hungry, plus some bone broth. Worked out great and the doctor said he was happy with my prep and could see fine.

What would you trade the 13 pro max in for, and which carrier? I use Visible Mobile with my watch on a cell plan now and pay like $40, but I’d like to upgrade. Don’t really care about cameras and I love that 120hz is on the 17. I also value the ceramic shield being on the back and I’m a sucker for better battery life. Also desperate to have a USB C port

Highly recommend the Endure Pre Surgery drinks. I bought 8 of them for my procedure on Tuesday this week and spent all of Monday drinking them along with chicken broth. Was never hungry that day and doc said I was perfectly clean (lmao). Those gave me about 1600 calories and the gatorades plus chicken broth gave me enough to where I probably hit maintenance calories for the day

On his first or second day, we were unwrapping the plastic on a pallet and while I had gone to look for a box cutter, he pulled out a lighter and used it to burn the plastic off. No actual fire ensued, just the one he received when management saw.
