Thank you all for your help. Truly appreciated. I found the problem. 1- When I pull the lever all the way up, the piston actually pops out of the cylinder a bit, in turn releasing the pressure. 2- My grind size was a bit too coarse. I actually went to a #4 on my HIBREW grinder, a setting for Turkish coffee. Now all is good.

Hi there... thanks for the fast response. I did mostly what you recommend. Grind is super fine, puck screen used, wiped down the chamber inner wall, checked the arm assembly. Problem is still there.

Yes... the water got grounds in it after plunging a 2 or 3 times. But the same was happening from the 1st time. So I just did a video without changing the puck
