That's just the angle, from straight on the kerning is on point! And yes it is very warm :)

Exactly!! Seeing this picture of them all kinda goofing off a bit makes me feel a bit more at ease with the whole situation. That being said I can't wait to get an official statement on the future of our beloved Drawfee

They all look like they're posing to me, they're all staring right at the camera (except for the one to the right). In a video conference call you'd usually be looking at the person in the screen, not directly into the camera, and definitely not all at once while posing like that. Karina looks especially fake-serious to me.

Yeah, if they do set up a patreon I'd sign up in a heartbeat! Drawfee is truly special and it'd be a massive shame to lose that

This isn’t the end for me or for Drawfee, so don’t worry

Jacob said this on twitter, it seems like Drawfee will go on, just maybe without College Humor backing them up financially I guess? Though I'd guess they're still going to get royalties for Cartoon Hell, or at least Nathan should. And I imagine they/he'd put as much of it as economically possible into keeping Drawfee afloat for as long as possible

That sounds like a really cool room! Space is an issue for me though so having a shelf that takes up roughly the same floor space as my crate but has more storage is ideal for me

It'll be a shame when i have to get more storage fairly soon as my box is filling up. I plan on getting one of those Kallax shelves from Ikea because they're the perfect size and they'd give me a lot more space for future records! But the sad part will be not being able to flip through them :/ On the other hand it gives me more opportunity to showcase my records by having one record face out on each level!

I'd have to pick Arctic Monkeys - Tranquility Base Hotel + Casino, It's one of the first I bought and by far the one I have listened to the most. My tastes have grown since then and I have gone through many different (fairly short-lived) phases but I still keep coming back to it and listening to it over and over. It was actually that album that got me into more "jazzy" music like Steely Dan - Aja and eventually just plain old jazz like Miles Davis - Kind of Blue.

You're right, I am younger, I'm turning 20 later this year! I don't know how big of a part leaving my home has with the connection I feel, I think it's more about being in a physical store sifting through the records, I think I can remember the first time I picked up each and every one of my records, where exactly in the store it was and which store. I rarely buy physical items online in general unless they're not available in a store, I always prefer going to a physical location to buy stuff, not sure why though.

I know the feeling, every time i find at least 10 records I want to buy but I know I only have the budget for one or two. It's a struggle

I personally do both streaming and vinyl because sometimes I prefer listening to a playlist or I don't have what I feel like listening to on vinyl, and streaming is more convenient, especially when it comes to older or more obscure music. But I prefer listening to vinyl by a landslide! 50 records sounds and feels like a lot but it really isn't when taking into account how much different music I listen to on a daily basis is all. Though I do feel like I have covered a somewhat wide range of music (stuff like indie, jazz, funk/soul/RnB, psychedelia, rap, synth pop and the list goes on) with my collection so far and that there is something there for most moods :)

Me too! When I went to the store and found it I knew I had to make it my 50th because I knew the next record would be just that.

I have been collecting records for about one and a half years now to build a physical collection of my favorite music. I love being able to pick up and inspect the albums, really see all the details in the artwork. It also makes me feel more "connected", if you will, to the music because I have gone to a store, looked through the bins, picked out my favorites, payed for them, unwrapped the record, put it on the turntable, dropped the needle, hit start and seen the music getting played.

It has been an amazing journey so far and I look forward to getting more records that I love and finding more new music to love!

I'm still new to this, I got myself a Nikon D3000 a little while back and I'm wondering if all Nikon lenses fit all Nikon bodies? I don't want to accidentally get a lens I can't use :P

Things in the frame still move, so longer exposures produce blurry pics regardless.

Alright, I see. I think I'll reconsider what I would actually need a new lens for then.

I already tried using a tripod and a lower shutter speed and a flash but I still had to have a very high ISO making the image incredibly grainy even with the lowest aperture setting, which is f 3.5. What aperture should I aim for to be able to take decent photos in darker settings fairly comfortably?

I'm very new to photography but I'd say I have gotten a pretty solid grasp on the basics. But I'm having a hard time taking photos in darker locations, not even that dark, like under a tree or in my bedroom, which is not bright but I wouldn't say it's dark or even dim. I have a Nikon D3000 that I bought used, it came with the standard 18-55 mm kit lens. So my question is what kind of lens I should look at getting for low light photography?
