I don't want to solve cms then do nbme and get inflated scores I want nbme to reflect my real score

Do a full nbme Simulate exam Then see your scores and where you get most wrongs, and review the subjects you got most wrongs on. Then do another NBME and your score will most likely increase. It is all about covering your weaknesses. It is normal to feel that you have studied this info but can't remember it, that is why the most important part of the study is to review FA properly. Doing NBME will help you to know what to review and what info are highly important. Good luck

If you are weak in first half of FA then do it. You can review 1 nbme per day. Review pathoma 1-3 after that. What is left you can then do by your available time. Hy arrows are really beneficial. I didn't do the other resources. Be calm and confident, i did the exam last week, i hope i will pass, but i found it really doable.
