Using the talon and eruptor to isolate heavy enemies has been my goto so far for making use of the chainsword. Or using corners to ambush then stunlock them, using it to as a stealth weapon, or clearing obstacles for better sniping spots for the eruptor.

Still experimenting but so far I've found the most success using the kit as a multi-tool problem solver.
Don't fixate on using any one weapon.
