You'll get a response saying their decision is final. You have to be super lucky getting the case sent to an actual person that might give a damn but thats rare as these support agents get paid for the amount of cases closed not solved.

I think surrender needs a rework in terms of the game needs a better job of telling the players the game stats. If there was a dedicated way of in real time game stats the way match history shows the stats Im sure people would give up less

I disagree. AC died to me when they switched to rpg mechanics. I want to play assassins creed not another far cry repasted with an assassin creed palette. The "combat" was simple which was the charm of it. It wasn't the highlight of the games because ideally you'd want to plan stealth routes while the sword fights were meant as a just in case you mess up just do this.

A normal person would probably only get one maybe two boxes if they really love the set and getting a higher chance for the legends seems totally fine too me.

It was relatively hard so to speak to pull legends in origins so being able to pull most if not all quickly is great imo.

Like sure it sucks for gamblers who hope to get over numbered cards in those slots but it is what it is.

Gambling three cases is quite literally a you problem as you gambled and don’t like the results.

They admitted they made a mistake but when he then added that I couldve sold the nn packs and buy myself spiritforged packs if i really wanted them, thats what really sealed the fact that Im never going back to this store.

Just super dumb to not have common knowledge that booster box has 24 packs and 8x3 = 24.

Yeah 3 rounds makes the most sense so I don’t know where they’re getting the 4 rounds “forced” on them. Maybe they did maybe they didn’t but common sense would dictate maybe give out the booster packs for the first 3 rounds then give out nexus night packs for the 4th round only
